We begin to peel back the layers of compensations that the body has been holding onto and clearing blocks that may be hindering you from truly healing. You are a sum of many parts and I’m here to treat you as a whole, working to integrate them into alignment for healing.

Craniosacral Therapy

is a light, intentional touch that assesses any disruption in the flow of craniosacral fluid housed in your brain and spinal cord.

Somatoemotional Release

is a letting go, unwinding and neutralizing negative experiences of your life, such as emotional, energetic and physical.

Visceral Manipulaton

is a targeted fascial release of your organs. Your organs are surrounded by connective tissue that holds them in place in the body.

Strength & Stability

starts with inner healing, awareness and connection so the mind-body-spirit can reconnect. Pilates training is great for this!
